Membership Agreement

This describes the terms under which a provider may be listed in directories operated by Directory Holdings. Specific listing terms, pricing, and availability are set by each individual directory and should be confirmed with the relevant directory directly.

A listing describes a provider and how to reach them. Inclusion is informational and does not mean Directory Holdings has reviewed, approved, endorsed, or investigated the provider. We do not represent that every provider is vetted or that every service is offered in every area.

Directory Holdings does not guarantee a specific listing position, category, volume of inquiries, or any business outcome. Placement may be influenced by paid options where a directory offers them, and paid placement is not a measure of provider quality.

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit and for the services they describe. Providers must hold any licenses or authorizations required for their work and comply with the laws that apply to them.

Providers should not submit false, misleading, or unlawful content and should keep their listing current.

Where a directory charges for listings or paid placements, pricing and renewal terms are set by that directory. Directory Holdings may remove or suspend a listing that violates these terms, is inaccurate, or is the subject of a credible complaint.

Some listings or placements may be paid, promoted, or sponsored. A paid placement does not indicate that Directory Holdings recommends a provider or that the provider offers better results or quality than one that is not promoted.

To the extent permitted by law, Directory Holdings is not liable for a provider’s services, the conduct of a provider relationship formed through a directory, or reliance on listing information.
